PsychSanDiego is co- owned by Alessandra Wall Ph.D., wife of Leon Chang and an avid CrossFitter herself. Dr. Wall specializes in anxiety and eating disorders and is available for clients who wish to formulate a comprehensive weight-loss or lifestyle plan and address the psychological component of eating and weight loss. Fundamentals

Everyone must start with our introductory fundamentals course. The purpose of this course is to familiarize our clients with the core movements and principles of CrossFit. These sessions are semi-private and have their own dedicated time slots. We will also discuss your fitness goals and work with you to create a plan to best meet these goals. Come in to the gym or see our schedule/rates.

If you have prior experience with CrossFit you may be able to opt-out of the fundamentals. Demonstration of competence in the fundamentals may be required.

Training

CrossFit Elysium offers training to fit all the needs of our clients. Both group classes and 1-on-1 sessions are available. Group classes will be comprised of both a workout and continued skill-building and instruction. Individual attention to the clients will be extensive.

1-on-1 sessions are offered for those looking for more individualized instruction. Come on in to the gym or see our schedule/rates.

We highly recommend reading "What is Fitness?" and "Foundations" for a great introduction to the methods and philosophy of CrossFit. Also, see our "What is CrossFit", and "Coaches" tabs for more information.
