I've never done any of these things; how do I get up to speed?

Q: I’ve never done an Olympic lift/kettlebell swing/jump rope/any of the other things you guys do. How will I get up to speed?

A: As mentioned before, every movement we use in CrossFit is scalable to experience and fitness levels. Our philosophy is to build a solid base and add layers of complexity to it as you become more experienced.

By going through our fundamentals program, we will give you the tools you need to be able to perform many of the common movements in CrossFit. From there on out, every time you come in there will be at least one coach devoted to instruction and teaching. We don’t believe in just leading a workout. We are a coaching facility, designed to make all of you better athletes.
