CrossFit.com is THE mainsite, the place where it all started. Videos of workouts, movements, journal articles- everything is here and the vast majority of it is free. Any serious CrossFitter will find themselves referring to the mainsite over and over again. Icons that link to the mainsite and journal are below.
PsychSanDiego is co- owned by Alessandra Wall Ph.D., wife of Leon Chang and an avid CrossFitter herself. Dr. Wall specializes in anxiety and eating disorders and is available for clients who wish to formulate a comprehensive weight-loss or lifestyle plan and address the psychological component of eating and weight loss. Q: Membership seems expensive! Why is this? A: First of all, there’s an old saying that “you get what you pay for”. If you want zero fitness gains and lack of progress, then we encourage you to join a cheaper gym. Here at CrossFit Elysium you are paying for semi-private coaching, using fitness modalities which are complicated and require some instruction. The upside of this is that WHAT WE DO WORKS. Whatever your goals are (weight loss, strength, conditioning, etc), we have the know-how and ability to get you there. Our service comes at a price, but we think you’ll see that it turns out to be a bargain. Visit our “testimonials” and “schedule/rates” tabs to learn more, or better yet come in for a free class and see for yourself! |
