Q: Can anyone really do this? Everyone is see is completely ripped or in shape already! A: Yes. Watch the video below and check out some of our beginning athletes, then read on. Dim lights Embed Embed this video on your site As you can see, you don’t need to already be in shape to do CrossFit. Hell, if you were already in shape you wouldn’t need us! The fact of the matter is anything in CrossFit can be scaled to ability and fitness level, and we tailor our methods to suit you as an individual. In addition, the most out of shape beginner is the one who stands to make the biggest gains and quite honestly reap the most benefit from any training program. Lastly, our number one demographic (like most gyms) is the deconditioned, middle-aged woman. Here at CrossFit Elysium we have come to expect the beginner with no experience as our DEFAULT client, and we are fully prepared and able to train these people.
