Bio: Jiu-jitsu blue belt and yoga practitioner. I am from LA and moved to SD in 1994 to attend UCSD. I have one child, Kalyana who is 6 years old. I am married to Courtney, who smokes me in almost every WOD.

Max snatch: 125lb

Max pull ups: 31

Max Muscle-ups: 5

Other WODs/times/accomplishments: Fight Gone Bad 232; Karen 8:27; 5 muscle ups; Murph 49:19; Box jump 44 in; 11 handstand push ups; 22 double unders

Achievement most proud of: completing WODs with heavy weight as Rx'd

Goals for the future: 50 pullups, 10 muscle ups, skin the cat to muscle up for repeated reps; deadlift 2x bodyweight, bench press 1.5x BW, squat 1.5x BW, clean and jerk 200lb, snatch 175lb; 25 handstand push ups; iron cross; 50 consecutive double unders

It is great to have you in the gym Anthony! You have accomplished a lot so far, and it is cool to see that you know exactly what you want to achieve. Just keep hitting it hard and you will get there!

And starting eating more! Once those legs get a bit stronger you will be unstoppable.
