Name: Alessandra Wall CrossFitting since: 2/08 Bio: I've been fortunate enough for most of my life to not "have to" work out to maintain good shape. I discovered CrossFit shortly before my first pregnancy and it definitely helped me achieve an ideal state of health and an uncomplicated pregnancy. After I delivered I returned to CrossFit, quickly lost 45lbs, brought myself down to 19% body fat and got an ever better body than I had pre-pregnancy! Obviously, I'm hooked.
